Accommodation: 2 bedrooms, 2 doubles (sleeps 4)
This cosy west coast bothy is over 300 years old and takes the name from the lady who once lived there. It provides basic but comfortable accommodation ideal for walkers who are looking for an affordable base from which to bag a few Munros which are plentiful in this area. The area is also great for beaches and coastal walks to get a spot of dolphin or whale spotting in!
Sleeping 4 easily, the bothy has been well equipped with fully fitted modern kitchen and bathroom and offers everything for a self catering holiday on the West coast of Scotland. The ground floor is open plan with a spacious kitchen/dining area and a snug lounge with multi-fuel stove and satellite TV. Upstairs is semi open plan with central bathroom and secluded sleeping areas at either end. Do not expect luxury here, but it is welcoming, warm and fantastic value but remember it is a bothy!
The bothy occupies a commanding position above the village of Gairloch with outstanding views of Loch Gairloch, Torridon and the Isle of Skye, and is within easy walking distance of bars, places to eat and shops.
