The hotel's Bandstand Bar recently won CAMRA Highland Pub of the Year 2014 for the third time and Inverness District South Pub of the Year 2014 for the fifth time. It has been shortlisted for Highlands and Islands Food & Drink Awards "Best Eatery" 2014 and for Scottish Licensed Trade Independent Pub of the Year 2014. The hotel is Cask Marque accredited and in the Good Beer Guide. Each year the Bar hosts the Highlands largest independant beer festival.
