Brigton But n Ben cottages are situated on Brigton Farm three miles south of the beautiful Glentrool, where the River Cree and Water of Minnoch converge. The property is an ideal venue for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers, horse owners, canoeists, anglers and golfers as all needs are catered for without travelling far. The accommodation consists of three self-catering units, one single and two with twin bedrooms, all with a spacious open plan kitchen, breakfast bar and sitting room. All linen, towels and heating are included, there are clothes drying facilities on-site.
The area boasts some of Dumfries & Galloway's finest scenery together with an exciting variety of activities. The long-distance walking route, the Southern Upland Way, borders Brigton Farm so you can walk as much or as little as you like, while cyclists will love the exhilarating 7stanes mountain biking centre at Glentrool in the heart of the Galloway Forest Park. Keep your eyes peeled for rare wildlife in the forest and head to the Wood of Cree RSPB reserve, reached through a delightful trail passing waterfalls with views over the River Cree. An ideal retreat to recharge the tired batteries.
