Kirkwall Pier is the ferry terminal for the North Isles and is also less than 5 minutes walk away. Here you will also find Kirkwall marina with yachts for hire, other boat charters and day excursions. There are two bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space. Fitted kitchens are very well equipped and have a double oven, microwave, washer/ dryer, dishwasher and fridge/ freezer. Living areas have large picture window and two comfortable sofas. For your entertainment there are flat screen TVs with freeview & DVD player, an iPod docking station and free Wi-Fi access. Bathrooms have baths with powerful showers and feature one fully mirrored wall. Comfortable temperature is maintained with underfloor heating throughout powered by an air source heat pump with individual temperature controls in each room. The apartments each have one on site private parking space. All bedding, towels, electricity and wifi are provided at no extra charge.
Also supplied in each apartment: Radio alarm clocks in each bedroom, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, clothes dryer (plenty of room for drying in spacious hot cupboard). Cots and high chairs available on request (Please note cot bedding is not provided).

There are two double bedrooms with solid wood furniture suites and plenty of wardrobe space. A fully inner sprung bed settee in the gallery provides sleeping accommodation for a further person. The fully equipped modern kitchen is fitted with double oven, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher & fridge/ freezer. There are solid wood dining tables and chairs for six. Comfortable temperature is maintained with under floor heating throughout powered by an air source heat pump with individual temperature controls in each room. Built over 3 storeys, the Townhouse sleeps 6 people in 2 double bedrooms and one twin with bunks. Changeover on Saturdays.
Ground floor - double bedroom, twin room with bunks, toilet
First floor - Large, fully equipped modern kitchen fitted with double oven, microwave, dishwasher & American style fridge/freezer. Solid wood dining tables and chairs for six. Seperate utility room with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bathroom has bath with powerful shower and features a fully mirrored wall.
Second floor - Double bedroom, lounge with gallery area accessed by timber steps and two fully reclining leather sofas. For entertainment there is a flat screen TV with freeview and DVD player, i-Pod/I-phone docking station with radio and free Wi-Fi access.

Please note: Apartments can be accessed from 4pm onwards on check in day. Keys are kept on site in coded key safes for flexibility of arrival therefore there is no personal meeting on check in.
