The living area includes a dining table seating four, a lovely room to gather around with a banquet of wine and delicious local produce.

The spacious kitchen is well equipped and features a Range cooker with 6 ring gas hob, fridge and table top freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. For convenience there is a combo washing machine and dryer.

There are two beautifully appointed double bedrooms featuring quality furnishings and bed linen. Wake up in the Master bedroom to awe-inspiring sea views, a lovely way to start your day. The views are simply stunning.

Outside
From the front door step outside to a spacious deck terrace where you will find outdoor furniture, a wonderful location for a G&T or your favourite tipple while taking in the scenes and capturing the everchanging views. A sun-trap for lazy afternoons reading and snoozing. Explore the spacious garden with a large grassed area, further seating and a path from your garden leading you to a pebbled beach. It is not recommended to swim in the sea from this pebble beach.

Just a short walk to Kames Village is the Kames Hotel, a friendly hotel bar restaurant and welcoming locals. Kames is tucked away on the West Coast of Scotland, also known as Argyll's Secret Coast. Nearby is the main street of Tighnabruaich where you will find local arts and crafts, cafes and further pubs.
Bordered by Loch Fyne and the Kyles of Bute, this is an area of stunning natural beauty, with hills, glens, rugged coastlines, white beaches, clear waters and ancient forests. The whole area is steeped in Highland history and dotted with ruins, castles and ancient sites.
Just over 4 miles away is Portavadie, the well known marina, with a leisure spa, indoor swimming pool, outdoor infinity pool, jacuzzi and 2 restaurants.
Explore further afield to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, the Isle of Bute, and historic Inveraray, it's also an easy day trip to Oban, one of the seafood capitals of Scotland.
