In the beautiful Highlands of Scotland and the elegant yet homely Butterfly Cottage. Built between 1754 and 1868. Once the Garage of the first Woodside Avenue House Garden Park, was the first T.A. hall, it was also once a laundry. It is quietly situated in 1/2 an acre of well stocked attractive gardens close to Grantown Golf Course, Speyside River walk and pine forests Anagach Woods. Only a couple of minutes away is the High Street with its attractive range of family owned shops and restaurants and pubs. Grantown is now part of the Cairngorms National Park.
