The vibrant Highland Perthshire town of Pitlochry has a wonderful selection of shops, restaurants and visitor attractions.

The charming open plan living area is tastefully decorated with comfy furnishings and TV, CD, and iPod. The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, microwave oven, integrated fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine.

Both bedrooms have en-suite facilities and are furnished to a high standard.
Quality mattresses, pillows and duvets along with Egyptian cotton bed linen ensure a good nights sleep. The elegant en-suite shower rooms include luxurious towels and complementary toiletries

Storage facilities for muddy boots and wet walking gear are also available.

Outside there is a small patio area with garden furniture and BBQ perfect for enjoying a relaxing drink on a sunny evening.

By The Brae has off street parking for two cars.

There is electric heating throughout with all electricity included.
