Our three cabins are situated in the village of Dalavich on the shore of Loch Awe.
We are within the Inverliever Forest which offers wonderful country walks in the immediate vicinity, as well as access to fishing, cycling, sailing and of course the rich wildlife. These unique cabins are perfect for a young family or for couples to enjoy a relaxing holiday in a unforgettable location.
Kilchurn and Fyne are on the Loch side with direct access to the water. Silverbirch is just 250yds from the Loch side.
Dalavich is central to the many and varied attractions in Argyll, such as The Avich Falls, Inveraray Castle, Oban and its famous distillery. It also offers a convenience store for amenities and basic groceries, and a café serving fabulous breakfasts, lunches and dinner.
Dogs are most welcome and will love the forest walks or a dip in the water.
The kitchens have electric hobs, ovens, fridges, microwaves, Nespresso machines with a full range of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. The lounge areas offer comfortable seating, a dining table, smart TV, Xbox/PS and DVD player. Silver birch has SKY TV with Sky Sports.
WiFi is provided by a mobile hotspot and is included. Local information books along with games, children’s books are provided. The spacious balconys are accessed via sliding patio doors and are furnished with a table and chairs. The wood fired hot tubs in Kilchurn and Fyne have a pre-light service available. Silver Birch has an electric hot tub. Please advise if the hot tub is required when booking as there is an additional fee.
The cabins have electrical heating and double glazing and are suitable for year-round accommodation. Parking is available adjacent to the cabins. They are non-smoking accommodation. Washing and drying for clothes is offered at the nearby laundry building. If you don’t fancy cooking head to the Village café or the Dalavich Social club just a 5 minute walk away.
