Carlin Skerry has a twin and a double room, both en-suite. There is a breakfast room / lounge for the exclusive use of guests which has its own front door for access throughout the day. A rural spot overlooking Scapa Flow and the hills.

Our house was built for us in 2017 and specially designed with B&B in mind. The rooms are bright and airy and newly decorated and furnished. Guests can come and go as they wish throughout the day. The lounge is a great place to retreat on days when the Orkney weather does its thing. You can sit in the window and watch events unfold on Scapa Flow. Guest booking both bedrooms will, of course, then have exclusive use of the lounge. The whole bed and breakfast suite is then totally private and separate from the main part of the house.
