Carsaig Views

Carsaig Views is situated on a hillside half a mile from the picturesque yachting haven of Tayvallich (shop, café, inn, tennis court) 12 miles from Lochgilphead in Argyll. Reached by a private track, and amid 30 acres of grounds, it has fabulous views across Carsaig Bay towards the Sound of Jura.
It is a spacious modern house, bright, welcoming and providing every comfort. The big picture windows make the most of the surroundings, the sitting room has a wood burner for additional cosiness, and there is a southwest-facing sun deck for al fresco eating. The sandy beach of Carsaig Bay is just a 3-minute walk down a path.
The area is well known for its superb walking and biking trails, artists’ studios, boating and kayaking, with windsurfing in Carsaig Bay. Golf and horse riding are also available near Lochgilphead. Otters, deer, badgers, grouse, sea eagles, seals and dolphins may all be spotted here. In summer a ferry plies between Tayvallich and Jura, while to the south, the Kintyre peninsula awaits exploration.
