Groom’s Bell is a cozy cottage with a contemporary feel. It sleeps 4 in two en suite bedrooms. The living room has a wood burner to keep you toasty and together with the kitchen and dinging area they make a beautiful open plan space. An enclosed garden at the front of the cottage gives delightful views.
The Tackhouse is beautifully refurbished and compact little cottage. Just like Groom's Bell it also sleeps 4 in two en suite bedrooms, has a beautiful open plan space with a wood burner at the center. It has its own garden, is quiet and suitable for intimate gatherings. This is the only cottage that does not allow dogs
Stable Yard Cottage: This is fantastically spacious cottage which sleeps up to 6 guests and can take up to 4 dogs. The cottage retains its traditional character with an AGA in the kitchen and wood burning stove in the living room. The front garden is also enclosed and offers lovely views.
All three cottages are tastefully furnished and sympathetically renovated to offer high-quality accommodation and have an access to a large garden. Each cottage comes with a range of excellent facilities: fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine, free wifi, smart TV/Netflix etc. Outdoor garden furniture and BBQ is also included and a must for long days in summer.
We are a great base for exploring a range of excellent attractions in the local area, such as; local hills, sandy beaches, country houses, historic towns, local dog walks, various outdoor kids/adult activities and only 1 hour away from Edinburgh.
