Access onto the south facing elevated patio can be gained through the double French doors over which the largest of the upstairs balconies projects.

Lounge area
A Franklin wood burning stove dominates a large open fireplace as the 7 metre high vaulted cathedral ceiling, with its traditional oak beam trusses extends high above the lounge and continues over the staircase and first floor mezzanine gallery. The TV entertainment offers access to Amazon Prime TV (Fire stick) including TNT sports via Discovery+ channel

A feature up and around oak staircase leads upstairs and onto a large mezzanine gallery. From here, weather permitting, access through double French doors is gained onto a spacious exterior decked area with views over much of the farm. Direct access onto the deck can also be gained from bedroom 2.

Each bedroom suite has been tastefully decorated and individually presented with each providing built- in wardrobes, bedside cabinets and a mirrored dressing table and stool.
Beds are furnished with anti-allergy pillows and duvet sets then dressed in 100% Egyptian cotton linen. Egyptian cotton bath, hand and face towels are included for each guest.
