Tucked away in the beautiful Scottish Borders, Cherrytrees Farm Cottage is an ideal spot to relax, unwind and generally escape the pressures of daily life.
Located about a mile from the villages of Town Yetholm and Kirk Yetholm and seven miles from Kelso, Cherrytrees Farm Cottage is an idyllic rural retreat with the convenience of local amenities close by. Historic Edinburgh is just an hour or so away and scenic Northumberland is also within easy reach. Cherrytrees makes an ideal base from which to explore the Scottish Borders and beyond!
The cottage accommodates four and well behaved dogs* are welcome by prior arrangement. Downstairs is a dining kitchen, living room, bathroom and entrance hall/utility area. Upstairs are two twin bedrooms.
This is a large, comfortable room which catches the morning sun. It has a wood burning stove which, when lit, makes the room wonderfully cosy. A television, DVD player, radio/CD player and a selection of books, games and details of local attractions are provided. The cottage also benefits from Wi-Fi/Broadband.
A well-equipped modern dining kitchen with a table seating four, oven, hob and microwave. A fridge freezer is located in the entrance hall/utility area.
The bathroom benefits from a bath with shower and has both a wall heater and a heated towel rail.
A spacious, comfortable room with twin beds, chest of drawers and built in hanging space. A hairdryer is also provided for your convenience.
Smaller than Bedroom 1, this room is equally as comfortable again with twin beds, chest of drawers and built in hanging space. This room enjoys a dual aspect making it a lovely bright and sunny room with great views of the surrounding countryside.
2016 prices range from £300 per week to £450 per week. Short breaks (minimum of 3 nights) can also be arranged subject to availability.
*A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted subject to a supplement of £10 per dog.
