Claddochside sits on the banks of one of the world’s most famous lochs, Loch Lomond, with stunning views over to Ben Lomond, Conic and the Arrochar Alps. Loch Lomond is the UK’s largest body of freshwater.
Built in 2016, Claddochside is beautifully presented, and has been carefully designed to provide exceptional comfort with understated, stylish interiors offering a welcoming, restful atmosphere. The open plan sitting room with wood burning stove, creates the heart of the house. Keen cooks will find the bright and spacious well equipped kitchen/breakfast room a joy. There is a second, equally charming open plan living area which allows everyone to spread out, creating a perfect space for those wishing to play games or watch television. Off the kitchen there is a utility room, a WC and the backdoor leading to a washing green and enclosed part of the garden.
There are three well-furnished bedrooms on the first floor, with comfortable beds and crisp cotton linen ensuring a good night’s sleep. A generous en-suite off the double room, with a bath and shower, and a second bathroom with a shower. The forth bedroom is on the ground floor, a spacious room that may be made-up as a twin or super-king bedroom. It has its own large bathroom, with a bath and shower.
Three separate terraces enable you to catch the sun at different times of the day. Perfect for summer eating out or barbeques, or just a cup of tea to admire the views, constantly changing across the water.
Claddochside is a wonderful place for children to run freely, it is incredibly peaceful and private. A wooden walkway leads down to the shoreline and a secluded sandy beach.
