The Edinburgh Address asks that the lead guest is of 25 years of age or older will require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of addresses and ID for the lead guest only. We will require the lead guest to acknowledge and agree to the booking terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.
This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties. There is a strictly non-smoking policy. A damage deposit of £250 is required one week before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages or fees due one week after your departure.
There may be a late check-in fee for check-ins after 7pm.
