Cosy and full of character, Cleek is just a short walk from the beach at Earlsferry and right opposite one of Fife's famous golf courses.
Within a 4 minute walk of the sea, it is a unique little house whose deceptive front doorway leads to surprisingly spacious accommodation. The cosy sitting room, with open fire, is jauntily furnished in blue and white, there is an excellent dining kitchen, with French doors to a secluded suntrap garden (furniture, barbecue), a double bedroom and two further adultsize bunk beds up some steps in an alcove off the corridor (ideal for children though adults might prefer the sofa bed in the sitting room) and bathroom.
St Andrews is only 20 minutes away, but golf apart, the East Neuk is a hugely popular venue for family seaside holidays, with sandy beaches, a great infrastructure in terms of shops, galleries, eating places, all kinds of sports facilities, great coastal walks and lots of interesting places to visit.
