Collavig is situated in Upper Coll, overlooking Broadbay on the Isle of Lewis.
Stornoway is within easy reach, approximately 6 miles to the south.
The house sleeps seven people and is comfortable for families or groups of friends to share.
Our double rooms have views across to Coll Beach. The house has full central heating and is furnished to a high standard.
The kitchen has spacious worktops with a glass electric hob, built-in Neff oven and a microwave. The kitchen is well equipped with a larder fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, food processor and electric hand mixer. The kitchen has a large dining area with dining table.
The sitting room has plenty of space and light. It is comfortably furnished with a corner sofa and an armchair. There is a view of Coll Beach and on a clear day you can see over to the Sutherland Hills. There is a smart TV and a selection of games in the sideboard.
There is a good sized bathroom with bath and shower and a separate shower room.
The bedroom arrangements are as follows:
Bedroom 1 – Super-kingsize bed
Bedroom 2 – Kingsize bed
Bedroom 3 – Kingsize bed
Bedroom 4 – Single bed
Bedroom 1 has a super king-size bed (which can be split into two full size single beds).
The two sea-facing bedrooms have king-size beds.
There is a single bedroom with a large size single bed.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are fully carpeted. Quality bed linen and towels are provided.
Next to the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, clothes pulley and basin.
There is also a cloakroom with washbasin and WC.
You’ll find ample space for hanging coats and storing muddy boots and outdoors equipment.
The garden has a seating area and is is planted with a variety of shrubs and seasonal bulbs.
