The Coorie offers stylish, comfortable and flexible accommodation, well suited for families and business. It is 10 minutes walk from Ayr Town Centre and Seafront with easy access to shops, restaurants and all transport links.

Coorie Nook is a cosy, well-appointed house in an established residential part of Ayr, 10 minutes walk to the town centre and beach. It has easy access to shops, restaurants, local amenities and all transport links including bus, train, ferry and plane. If you are driving, there is off street parking for two cars.

The Coorie offers versatile sleeping for up to 7 guests. It has 3 bedrooms on the first floor: 1 twin room, 1 triple room with a double and single bed, and 1 superking 'Zip' bed that converts to two singles (cot also available).

It has a well equipped kitchen on the ground floor (electric oven, gas hob, microwave, and washing machine), a fully tiled bathroom, with bath and shower. The accomodation comes with free WIFI and Sky TV with sports HD and childrens channels.

It is spacious and comfortable with a lounge and dining area leading onto a large patio in a private south facing enclosed garden with BBQ available on request... perfect for Al Fresco dining, children and pets (weather permitting!).

The Coorie is available to rent from 3 days to 3 months, with negotiable rates and a willingness to accomodate all your individual requirements.
