Surrounded by hills, with woodlands and nature on the doorstep, the Courtyard Bothy is only 2 minutes walk from Grantown's historic town square and traditional High Street. Comfortable and cosy, it's dog friendly and perfect for 2 people.

Our Bothy is comfortable for 2 people and up to 2 medium sized dogs. It is open plan and has a small, fenced courtyard garden, where we grow fruit and herbs. Strawberries, blueberries, apples, rhubarb and more are available throughout the year for guests to eat and cook with. The Bothy is south facing and bathed in sun all day on sunny days. It's lovely to relax with a wee pre-dinner drink in the outdoor seating area.

The parking space is next to the garden entrance and we have an EV charging point that you are welcome to use if driving an electric vehicle (additional charge applies).

There is a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, large fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. Our ensuite has an enclosed walk-in shower, a socket for shaving or charging a toothbrush and large towels. There's a king size bed with high quality bed linen and USB ports on the bedside table.

There's a hairdryer and ironing board for you to use during your stay, and a wardrobe and chest of drawers for you to unpack, with space under the bed for your luggage.

We are situated in a quiet residential road, and are only a couple of minutes walk from the Town Square and High Street which makes it really easy to access shopping, local food and drink during your stay, without having to worry about driving.

The Courtyard Bothy has many returning guests who love staying here. They love the comfort of the Bothy and say they feel at home in our welcoming community whilst visiting our wonderful High Street and exploring the abundance of outdoor space surrounding us.
