Five self catering cottages arranged around a large courtyard with heated indoor pool, games barn, play park, drying room and laundry. The individual cottages sleep from 2 to 6, but for groups, family and friends, up to 18 can be catered for.
Courtyard Cottages offer comfortable, self-catering accommodation, arranged around a traditional courtyard on a small farm. We are also very lucky to have a heated indoor pool on site, along with a games barn, playpark, drying room, laundry and bikes to hire as well as some cute farm animals to befriend. Each cottage has it's own wood burning stove for those cosy winter evenings.
The cottages overlook Wigtown Bay Nature Reserve and are surrounded by stunning scenery, beaches, historical sites, dark sky and forest parks, gardens, golf courses and numerous other visitor attractions. We are situated a short walk from Wigtown (Scotland's National Booktown) which offers an array of quirky book/gift shops, cafes and restaurants.
Galloway is an ideal location for walking or cycling, fishing, golfing and more. An unspoilt, relatively unknown holiday destination, with friendly people, no crowds and quiet, country roads. Relax and get away from the stresses and strains of modern life.
