Cramond Lodge is situated in the seaside village of Cramond, now part of surburban Edinburgh, located in the north-west corner of the city at the mouth of the River Almond, where it enters the River Forth.
The Cramond area has a long history, with evidence of Mesolithic, Bronze Age and Roman activity. We are 10 minutes from Edinburgh Airport and minutes from the motorways going north and south. There is a frequent bus service to Edinburgh.We are close to Cramond Kirk (17th Century) which has a roman burial ground, beach and promenade and river walk all within walking distance of the house.
Cramond Lodge is a recently refurbished B&B finished to a very high standard. We have two guest rooms, a double and a twin, both of which have private bathrooms (one ensuite). Margaret & John are the resident proprietors who will ensure you have a wonderful stay at Cramond Lodge.
DOUBLE ROOM: The double room is made up of one kingsize bed and has the exclusive use of a bathroom just across the hall.This room is modern, bright and spacious and comes with ample storage. A flat screen television and tea/coffee making facilities are included, along with fresh towels and linen. Hairdryer and iron available on request.
TWIN ROOM: The twin room is situated at the back of the house with a garden view. This room is made up of two single beds and has an ensuite bathroom with shower. This room is modern, bright and spacious with ample storage provided. A flat screen television and tea/coffee making facilities are included, along with fresh towels and linen. Hairdryer and iron available on request.
LOUNGE: Guests are free to relax in our comfortable lounge.
BREAKFAST ROOM: Bright, modern breakfast room with views of the garden.
