A superb holiday lodge sleeping up to 6 near in a small private development called Barnhourie within walking distance of Sandyhills beach on the Colvend Coast.
The well appointed chalet style lodge is situated on the edge of Colvend golf course and next to mature woodland. The lodge is one of a small group of ten log cabins with pleasant country views. From the lodge you may see badgers, deer, red squirrels and abundant bird life. There is even a limited view of the sea and the Lake District from Criffel Lodge.

Criffel Lodge sleeps 6 in three bedrooms, one double and two full sizes twin rooms. There is a spacious open plan living, dining, kitchen area and a decking balcony. The lodge has full central heating.
Situated on the Colvend Coast, Solway Firth you are well placed for the beach, coastal walks, birdwatching at Mersehead RSPB nature reserve, golf and 7stanes mountain biking at Dalbeattie and Mabie.
Short breaks available from November to March and at other times subject to availability.
