An adjoining outbuilding is an ideal space for drying-off dogs or for the storage of bikes, dive kit or surf boards.
The cottage benefits from three bedrooms which are presented in a fresh pastel colour palette, comprising a double bedroom at mid-floor level, leading up to two further bedrooms on the first floor - one double with en-suite and a twin bedroom (with additional truckle beds) and a family bathroom.
To the front of the cottage, there is private parking for two cars.

Private parking for two cars directly in front of the cottage.
CHILDREN & BABIES
Travel cot and high chair available on request. Two additional truckle beds can also be made available on request and at additional charge. Guests are welcome to make use of the selection of beach toys which are available.
DOGS
Two dogs are permitted at Crosslea but they must be clean and dry before access into the property and must be kept off the furniture and out of the sitting room and bedrooms. There is an outside tap for cleaning. Additional dogs may be considered on request.
GUEST AMENITIES
Bed linen and towels are supplied along with guest toiletries. A hairdryer is provided in the two main double bedrooms.
WI-FI & MOBILE COVERAGE
Wi-Fi is available. Mobile reception is reasonable.
HEATING
Heating throughout the property which is thermostatically controlled. Multi-fuel stove in the sitting room with a good supply of coal and initial supply of kindling.
GUEST PRIVACY
There is a small enclosed garden to the rear of the property which is private and not overlooked.
