Private off-street on-site parking. All rooms are on the ground floor. The lounge/ diner is furnished with a 2 seater settee, armchair, multi-level glass coffee table, foot-on, dining table with 2 chairs and a wall mounted TV with DVD player. The kitchen is a compact galley kitchen and is equipped with an electric oven with hob and extractor, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, radio, crockery, glasses and kitchenware. The bedroom consists of a king-size bed, bedside cabinets with lights, fitted wardrobe with mirror and a hairdryer. The shower room has an electric shower, wash hand basin and toilet. The outside has off-street parking for one car. Parking space is on a first come, first served basis and cannot be guaranteed. Usually there is space available however on the odd occasion if there isn’t a space there paid parking on the nearby streets. The apartment has new electric panel heaters. Guests have access to the entire property. We are the booking agent for the owners and can be contacted at our office in Dingwall during the following hours Monday to Friday 9:30 - 17:00 and Saturdays 9:30 - 12:00 prior to your arrival. Prior to your arrival we will email guests a contact number for the property owner or local housekeeper for your use should you require any assistance during your stay. Located in the Crown area of the city centre this property offers guests free off-street parking at the front door for one car allowing guests to walk into the city centre within a couple of minutes. The central location is great for exploring more of what Inverness has to offer, while being away from the busy city centre. A car is recommended when staying in the Highlands, however, this is not a necessity. There is a bus station located within a 10-minute walk of the property. Taxis are operational 24 hours of the day. No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Check-in time is 4PM - 10PM. Check out time is 10am. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay. All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies includes toilet rolls, complementary sachets of coffee, sugar, teabags.
