Dean Cottage is a delightful traditional 18th century detached cottage set in the tranquil, small hamlet of Kirkton of Kinnettles, which lies in the beautiful Strathmore Valley of Angus.
The cottage was built in the 1790s as 2 cottages (Butt’n’ben) for millworkers and has been tastefully renovated to meet today's standards & requirements.
The accommodation is all on one level & comprises of a warm & comfortable lounge with wood burning stove & dining area, kitchen with modern appliances including dishwasher, bathroom with bath/shower, 1 double bedroom & 1 twin bedroom.
Outside there is a small front terrace where it is possible to sit of an evening, relax & enjoy the peace & tranquility of the countryside.
There is secure storage for sporting equipment & bikes and on road parking for 2 cars.
The cottage can accommodate a max of 4 adults & 1 infant (Space for travel cot in twin room only).
2 well behaved dogs welcomed free of charge (Please notify host when booking).
Electricity, Linen, Towels, 1 Basket of Logs are all included in Rental Cost.
