This newly built, dog friendly holiday home with hot tub and sauna ideal for a relaxing Highland holiday, located within the beautiful Cairngorms National Park.
Furnished to a high standard, provides spacious, comfortable accommodation for up to six, with a hot tub and sauna.
The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area has a modern kitchen with all electric appliances, including an electric oven and stove top, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric kettle and toaster, microwave oven and a selection of pots and pans, crockery and utensils.
The comfortable lounge has a 3-piece suite, 2-piece suite with chair, large TV with Freeview channels and DVD player.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms. All bedrooms come with built in wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en suite shower. The second bedroom has a double bed while the third bedroom has two single beds.
The bathroom has a wash hand basin, toilet and a bath with a shower.
Outside – the main feature is the sauna and hot tub with a covered veranda. The hot tub and sauna are suitable for 6 guests. There is a covered veranda at the front of the house with table and chairs for 4 guests.
Guests have access to the entire property.
Great location for wildlife watching, hill walking and fishing. Located just outside the busy town of Aviemore. 30 miles from Inverness.
The house is located on the road to Caringorm Mountain Skiing and Snowboarding resort.
Loch Morlich is a 5 minute drive away from the property.
There are many family activities within a 5 minute drive/ 15 minute walk from the property. These include bike hire, climbing courses, Kayaking and others.
It is best to have a car when staying in Aviemore.
The nearest airport is 10 miles out of Inverness.
The Airport has bus transport and car hire.

Check-in time is 4PM - 10PM. Check out time is 10am.
Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay.
All bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included in the price.
Dogs are welcome at this property at an additional cost. Check booking form for more details. (Small or medium size dogs only please)
The property has a travel cot & high chair at no extra charge, you will need your own blankets.
