Doune is a remote and magical cove on the western tip of Britain's last wilderness, Knoydart.

Doune Stone Lodges and Dining Room sits metres away from the sea and offers a true escape from everyday life. Only accessible by boat and on foot, getting to Doune is part of the adventure. We run our own boat, Gripper II to bring guests to us from Mallaig and we endeavour to look after our guests from the moment they arrive. Stays at Doune are full board so there is no need to worry about additional costs through your holiday and you can truly relax, knowing that you will be well fed and looked after.
We offer stays of three, four and seven nights, with hand overs on Tuesday and Saturday.
