This modern, bright and spacious cottage with Hot Tub provides very attractive and cosy accommodation and is equipped to a high standard and enjoys extensive views of the hills and valley in which the peaceful village of Finzean is situated.
Accommodation can accommodate 5 people and comprises, hall, open plan lounge / kitchen/dining area with patio doors out to patio, utility room, three bedrooms, one king size, one twin or super-king and one single bedroom, shower room with walk in shower with deluge shower, toilet and basin. It has it's own driveway with parking for several cars, private garden, Hot Tub, patio area with furniture, Weber Gas BBQ , EV charger (to charge an electric vehicle will be an additional cost). The cottage is situated next door to the owner's house so we are on hand if you need help with anything.
The cottage, 7.5 miles west of Banchory, is ideally located for exploring Royal Deeside famous for its Highland Games in summer. There is a wide range of sporting activities available locally, including hill walking, mountain biking, skiing, horse riding, climbing, fishing, nine golf courses within 10-30 minutes drive and an outdoor activity centre within 10 miles providing activities including go-karting, quad biking and 4x4 driving.
Banchory, Aboyne, Ballater, Braemar and Aberdeen are all within easy reach by car and provide an excellent range of restaurants and shops. Days out can be planned round the variety of the many gardens and castles in the surrounding area such as Balmoral Castle, Crathes Castle, Drum Castle, Dunnottar Castle and many more. Aberdeen, the beautiful 'Granite City', 26 miles away offers much of historical and cultural interest.
