A lovely spacious garden level apartment in the gorgeous West End of Edinburgh. Located minutes away from Princes Street and all the main shopping and sight-seeing areas, yet close to Dean Valley and Stockbridge, this is an ideal home-from-home.
The bright entrance hall welcomes you in to the apartment at lower ground level. All rooms are off the hallway. The apartment benefits from three bedrooms - one of which is king-sized, is one super-king or twin with zip and link beds and the third is a twin. The master (king sized) bedroom is extremely spacious and has an en-suite shower room. There is a gorgeous sun-room off the room and this is the perfect space to have breakfast in the morning. The other two bedrooms are both spacious, with traditional decor and one benefits from an en-suite shower room.
The sitting room is bright and airy. It comes complete with a TV and DVD player for those cosy evenings in. The sitting room leads on to the kitchen through double doors. All mod cons and appliances are found in the kitchen - it has everything you'll need for your stay.
There is a main family bathroom and the hallway leads out to the back of the property to a private parking space. This central apartment is ideal for a family holiday.

The Edinburgh Address reserve the right to vet any booking. This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties, young single sex groups or parties. One member of the booking party must be over 25 years old. Strictly non smoking. The Edinburgh Address require names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID. A damage deposit of £250 is required one week before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages one week after your departure.
This property is not suitable for wheel chairs or those with mobility difficulties due to the number of stairs in the property.
