Set on an elevated position on the edge of Aberfeldy, Dun Aluinn enjoys fabulous viewings towards the Highlands and the River Tay. We are currently converting Dun Aluinn House into an amazing 5 star holiday home sleeping up to 18 people

Dun Aluinn is an exclusive use venue situated in Aberfeldy Perthshire, Scotland. The house sleeps up to 18 guests in 9 sumptuous individually designed bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom. Dun Aluinn has been featured in many design and architectural magazine, including Elle Decoration in the UK. Recently installed wood fired hot tub nestled in the woods beside the house.

Situated on an elevated site overlooking the town of Aberfeldy and the sweeping River Tay, Dun Aluinn enjoys 5.5 acres of private grounds with an extensive terrace with stunning views down the Tay Valley to Schiehallion. Dun Aluinn is available for hire as an Exclusive Use venue with catering provided by our partners Ballintaggart Farm, with full housekeeping, butler and concierge services. We will create totally unforgettable Highland Experiences for our guests together with our local world-class partners, from whisky tours & tasting to salmon fishing on the River Tay.

Guests have full exclusive use of Dun Aluinn house and gardens throughout their stay. From the gated entrance, there is a sweeping driveway up to the House, guests can enjoy the easy stroll into Aberfeldy town and all the lovely restaurants, book shops and coffee shops. Nestled in the woods beside the House, we have installed a natural wood-fired hot tub, for guests to relax and enjoy the views
