Earnside Cottage is a modern, traditionally styled two-storey house right in the centre of Comrie in central Perthshire. The conservation village is approximately 6 miles west along the A85 from Crieff.

Comrie is a beautiful village in the Strathearn valley. The house faces the River Earn, which flows along the front of the property. The house is accessed along a quiet unmade road from the main street and it is just a minute's walk to the centre of the village. The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs - 1 twin at the rear and 1 twin and 1 double at the front. There is a further sturdy occasional bed in the front double room, and a collapsible baby cot Bed linen is provided and beds will be made up on arrival. There is full central heating to all rooms on both floors. The dining room downstairs leads into a modern kitchen which has a fan oven and microwave, fridge & freezer and washing machine. The house is ideally located for hillwalking, golfing and fishing. Comrie is within 20 - 30 miles of around fifty odd Munros and is in the heart of beautiful lochs and glens. There are many golf courses locally and Gleneagles is only a 20 minutes drive away. There are many renowned fishing rivers nearby and the Earn flows along the bottom of the garden for which permits are available locally.There are good pubs and restaurants within a very short walk from the house'
