If you want to see Scotland in all of its stunning glory, then book a holiday at Eas Mor on the Isle of Skye. Situated in Lower Milovaig on top of a cliff that overlooks the sea, the property boasts spectacular panoramic views of the Outer Hebrides. Eas Mor - or ‘big water’ – is named after the beautiful waterfall ‘Eas Aboist’ that can be seen across the water on the Dunvegan head of the island. The property has been furnished to a high quality standard, with a great kitchen area complete with numerous cook books to help release your inner chef. The stylish living area has been furnished with luxuriously comfortable sofas - you are bound to look forward to curling up here at the end of a busy day in front of the stove, watching the sun set over the hills. The large French windows to the front of Eas Mor are perfect for bird watching, whale spotting or simply for admiring the Scottish landscape.
Eas Mor can also be let with Ard Meanish, located closer to the shore. Ard Meanish sleeps six adults and one child, ideal for larger parties of 10 adults and one child. Booking both properties together is ideal for larger families that have grown up children, or for grandparents that require their own space.
This area of Skye is the ideal place to spend your Scottish holiday. Glendale and nearby Dunvegan is the host to many cafes and restaurants – including Michelin star restaurant The Three Chimneys which is just a short drive away. A stay in Glendale would not be complete without a walk to Neist Point Lighthouse, where you can see for miles across the sea towards the islands. Dunvegan Castle and Gardens is another must, where you can learn all about the famous Clan MacLeod and take a boat trip out to see to spot some seals.
