Looking out across beautiful mature gardens to the gentle waters of the Firth of Clyde whether you’re an artist, hill walker, mountain biker or family just looking for tranquillity you cannot fail to be enchanted by this magical place.

The church retains its original stained leaded glass windows, red sandstone corbels, timber panelling and intricate oak trusses. To the north side a bespoke glass conservatory effortlessly compliments the property, offering a wonderful space to take breakfast or read whilst taking in the far-reaching sea views.

The property offers spacious living with 2 bedrooms, each with their own modern bathroom and shower. The downstairs master bedroom boasts oak floors and an abundance of storage. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, modern tiling and fittings plus all the comforts you would expect from such a well designed property.

Upstairs there are 2 single beds in the second bedroom plus an ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower.

The upstairs lounge is made for relaxing, with sun streaming through the sandstone-framed stained glass windows, then out across the gardens to the rippling sea. There are settees a-plenty so relax, chat or read in the most stunning of surroundings.

Downstairs there is a fabulously appointed kitchen, with every utensil you could require, beautiful fitted units & worktops and stripped oak floors. There’s a large dining table that seats 8 comfortably and, of course, a church pew for when you feel the need….
