The cottage is attached to the owner's residence, Elnagar House. It has been sympathetically restored with traditional, double glazed, sash and case windows, modern fitted kitchen and shower room. There is electric heating throughout.
The property is non-smoking, owner-maintained and all on one level. Visitors may park cars close to the cottage door for ease of access. Guests frequently sit outside and enjoy the garden and view over the town to the hills beyond.
Accommodation comprises three main rooms: living area / kitchen; double bedroom; shower room with w.c. The living area has a cottage suite, television and DVD player. The kitchenette has fitted units with a ceramic hob, fan-assisted oven/grill, fridge, microwave oven, kettle and toaster. There is an electric shaving point in the shower room. The hiring charge includes electricity, linen and towels and there is access to washing and drying facilities.
Bookings are generally taken from Saturday to Saturday. Occasionally, particularly off-season, shorter lets may also be considered.
