Erradill is a detached 3 bedroom cottage (sleeps 5) located on the Mull of Kintyre with outstanding views over the village of Southend and across the sea to the Irish coastline

The Cottage is conveniently located within 1 mile of the village of Southend which has its own Shop, Tearoom, Hotel, Playpark and spectacular 18 hole Golf Course.

There are a number of outstanding beaches close to the property and it is also on the route of the Kintyre Way, which runs from Tarbert to Campbeltown passing through the village of Southend.

There is direct access to the property from the main road and ample private parking in its mature landscaped garden.

The cottage has 3 bedroom (1 King, 1 Double and I Single) and sleeps 5 adults with the addition of a travel cot if required. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave etc and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer located in the garage. The dining room has a wood burner with starter logs provided and a flat screen tv, the lounge has a 40” smart tv, dvd player, cd player and electric heating. The bathroom has a walk in shower and a bath with shower over it. The main bedroom has a king size bed and a wall mounted flat screen tv. All electricity is included in the price.

The cottage has just been completely renovated with new kitchen, bathroom, carpets, decoration and furnishings. The large enclosed garden is a perfect space for children to play in as well as providing a relaxing spot for adults to unwind and take in the view.
