Luxury 2 bedroom barn conversion with hot tub located on a farm only 5 minutes from Inverness and 10 minutes from Loch Ness with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside, Inverness and the Moray Firth. The farm has a herd of 12 Alpacas with 6 baby Alpacas due June 2026. The property is a perfect base for exploring Inverness, the Highlands and the NC500.

- An electric vehicle charge point is available for guest use. The charge point is “type 2” connection and is 7KW. (chargeable).

The property comprises an open plan living area with wood log burner. The living area benefits from a smart TV and bluetooth speaker.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, Samsung appliances (Oven, Venting Induction Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

Both bedrooms feature superking size beds with built in wardrobes and dressing tables. And also features a smart TV. Adjoining the bedrooms there are ensuite bathrooms which have rainfall showers and double sink vanity units. One bed can be split to offer single beds.

Outside there is a private hot tub equipped with feature lighting and bluetooth speaker system. There is also an outdoor dining area.
