This lovely holiday home looks from the front to be a traditional fisherman's cottage, one of many to be found in this area. Inside, it is two cottages cleverly converted and designed to offer very spacious and extremely comfortable holiday accommodation perfect for families or groups. Estuary View is in a prime location in Sutherland, an area which has become a very popular holiday destination. Walk one way and you have the quiet sandy beach on the doorstep, walk the other way and you are in the village where there is a range of shops and places to eat. The East Coast offers many opportunities for golf, bird watching and walking, and the drive up to the north coast and Orkney are possible for day trips. Drive inland westwards and you have got breathtaking scenery of Strath Naver, Loch Brora, Sandwood Bay and Cape Wrath, making Estuary View the perfect self catering holiday cottage form which to explore the wild and rugged Sutherland.
The house has been furnished and equipped with the holiday maker in mind. The open plan kitchen has French doors opening outwards to sea onto a large patio and garden which is safe for children to play. There is garden furniture, parasol, BBQ and an outside lockable shed for bikes, golf clubs, and other outdoor gear. Inside, there is a games cupboard, DVDs and books and a reading area on the landing with sofa seating. The first floor lounge has a TV and picture window with panoramic views of the sea and coastline to the north – all from your armchair!

First Floor:
Sea facing lounge, reading area, bathroom, washroom with WC and WHB, triple bedroom, twin bedroom.
Downstairs is the dining room and two bedrooms at the front of the house. One is a double, the other a family room, both en-suite with shower. On the first floor is the lounge, a triple room and twin bedroom. A large bathroom and separate wash room are available for guests using these bedrooms. All bedrooms are well furnished with dressing table and chair, mirrors and ample wardrobe and clothes storage, decorated in different colours with bedding and cushions to match.
