The spacious sitting room with its wood-burning stove is ideal for relaxing at the end of a busy day, and just a step up leads you to the well-equipped kitchen, with quality kitchenware and a table for family dining. From the kitchen, guests can access a very private patio area with a picnic table and BBQ, just perfect for relaxing at the end of a busy day, here you can also find the recently installed 5 seat/1 lounger hot tub, great for soothing these aching muscles after a busy day.

The very spacious master bedroom is also downstairs and comes with a super king size bed and en-suite shower room. Also on the ground floor is the family bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC.
Moving upstairs there is a king sized bedroom along with a twin bedded room and a very cosy snug with double sofa bed to give a very flexible family layout.

Portknockie has a Post Office and SPAR, Chemist, Chip Shop, Hairdresser, Hotel and Inn. There is a small harbour with a slipway as well as a children's paddling pool.

Local attractions include Bow Fiddle rock, picturesque harbour, cliff walks, interesting coves, caves and a sandy beach. Scenic walks to neighbouring coastal villages of Findochty and Cullen are easily accessible along the old railway line, which has been turned into part of the UK cycle track, which runs through the village allowing you to make great use of the bicycles.
