Fairfield Lane Cottage is suitable for guests visiting the Highlands on holiday, business users looking for short or longer stays and is a perfect base camp to explore more of the Highlands or enjoy what Inverness has to offer.
Ground floor.
Open plan lounge/kitchen is furnished with a 2-seater settee and armchair, coffee table, TV with Freeview and gas fire. Fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine and kitchenware. Cloakroom toilet and small hallway to the back door which exits to an alleyway. There is an iron and ironing board.
First floor.
The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed with bedside cabinets and lights, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is an alarm clock radio and hairdryer. Shower room: Plumbed shower with on demand hot water, wash hand basin and WC.
All bed linen, towels and tea towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies: includes toilet rolls, complementary pods of coffee, sugar, teabags.
Numerous shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, banks, etc all within a couple of minutes’ walk. Gael Favourite restaurants: Aspendos in Union Street by the Post Office – Turkish/Mediterranean Cafe1 in Castle Street – turn left at MacDonalds and walk up the hill. Cafe1 is on your left – Scottish/Varied. Mustard Seed – along the river side, over the bridge toward the Castle, turn left, follow the pavement along the river side, Mustard Seed is on the right - Scottish/Varied. Fig and Thistle – on Stephens Brae not far from Girvans – Scottish. Rocpool – head toward the city centre, passing Tesco on your left, cross the road, Rocpool is on the right on the corner. Sams Indian Cuisine – on Church Street.
Inverness Train station has routes running through-out the Highlands in all directions and can be accessed within a 10-minute walk.
There are many Taxis in Inverness.
A car is recommended but not needed.

Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay.
