The apartment has a balcony with table and chairs with views over the Nairn Dunbar golf course, Moray Firth, Ben Wyvis mountain and the hills beyond of Ross-shire and Sutherland. The apartment is on the first floor accessed via a communal door that serves 3 other apartments. The first floor: The open plan lounge/ kitchen/ diner is equipped with 2 x 2-seater reclining settees, 1 reclining armchair with stool, TV with Freeview, Blu-ray DVD player, dining table with 4 chairs, patio door to balcony with table and chairs, incredible views over the golf course and surrounding landscape. There is a selection of books, DVD’s, CD’s and games for guests to use. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, breakfast bar with stools, CD & Bluetooth audio unit. Plenty of kitchenware. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside units with lights, dressing table with mirror, tartan chair, en suite shower room with mains shower, wash hand basin and toilet. There is a hairdryer in this room. The twin bedroom has 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside unit with light, chest of drawers with mirror, chair. The family bathroom consists of a bath with mains shower, wash hand basin, mirror and toilet. The second floor: The master bedroom [accessed via a spiral staircase] offers guests a spacious airy room with king-size bed, bedside units with lights, triple mirrored wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, couch and chair, en suite shower room with wash hand basin, toilet. There is foosball table and hairdryer in this room. There is also an ironing board and iron. Guests have access to the entire property. We are the booking agent for the owners and can be contacted at our office in Dingwall during the following hours Monday to Friday 9:30 - 17:00 and Saturdays 9:30 - 12:00 prior to your arrival. Prior to your arrival we will email guests a contact number for the property owner or local housekeeper for your use should you require any assistance during your stay. Located in a quiet residential area 3-minute drive or a fifteen-minute walk from the town centre, and only 10 minutes from the peaceful East beach and Culbin Forest nature reserve. The Nairn Golf Club is within a 10-minute drive from the property. Nairn beach is within a 15-minute scenic walk. A car is recommended when staying in the Highlands, however, this is not a necessity. Bus routes run through Nairn, the routes run in all directions of Nairn, allowing guests to explore more of the surrounding area. Taxis are operational 24 hours of the day. No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Check-in time is 4PM - 10PM. Check out time is 10am. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay. All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies includes toilet rolls, complementary sachets of coffee, sugar, teabags.
