This spacious Victorian upper cottage flat consists of living room, dining kitchen, double bedroom, further bedroom with three single beds and a toilet on the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a bathroom which has a bath with shower attachment (no toilet ).
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer,electric cooker ,washing machine and microwave.
The living room is comfortably furnished and has a TV with DVD. Please note that the TV reception is very poor at present. There are some books and games available.
Bed linen and towels are provided

There is a large garden and off road parking for 2 cars
The property is close to the Gareloch and provides easy access to Loch Lomond, the Arrocher Alps and several long distance walks including the John Muir Trail and the Three Lochs Way. There are also a variety of different water sports on offer locally.
There are also excellent transport links to Helensburgh, Glasgow and Edinburgh. The West Highland Line can also be accessed from Helensburgh
Rhu Village has two local shops, an Inn and Rosslea Hotel which are 5 minutes walk from the property. Helensburgh which is two miles away is well provided for with local shops and supermarkets. There is also a swimming pool.
Please note this is a no smoking property and we can't accomodate pets.
The property is let on a weekly basis. However shorter break may be possible.
