This exquisitely appointed and spacious house stands quietly on the edge of Strachur village near Loch Fyne, with lovely views down the valley.

When it comes to creating the ideal holiday cottage, the owner of Fern Cottage, just outside the village of Strachur near Loch Fyne in Argyll has surely got it just right.
This substantial, modern, but traditional-style house is accessed by a quiet lane and stands in its own large grass garden, with fine views across and down the wooded valley, summerhouse and patio area. Its fine situation is more than matched by the truly superb accommodation it offers, spacious, bright and sublimely comfortable, with such welcome features as TV/DVDs and even iPod docks in almost every bedroom!
Strachur, on the shores of Loch Fyne has an excellent village store/cafe and the famous Creggans Inn for fine dining. The surrounding area offers great walking, biking and fishing, famous gardens and further afield you can visit Loch Awe, The Mull of Kintyre, the west coast and even Oban. Dunoon (12m) and Inveraray on the other side of the Loch, have all facilities, golf courses, etc.
