One of a group of two traditional cottages overlooking the picturesque Ardminish Bay and Sound of Gigha to the mainland. Ferry Croft 1 is open plan and is ideally located to explore the fascinating Island of Gigha. Each croft affords excellent views of the Boathouse beach and the bustling yacht anchorage, which in the summer is a profusion of colour.
Ferry Croft 1 can accommodate up to 4 people, with one kingsize bed located upstairs and one sofa bed in the lounge. A travel cot/highchair is available on request. The kitchen area includes a gas cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine with a dining table to seat four. The lounge area includes a colour TV and DVD player, a wood-burning stove and electric heating throughout.
Additional information: Access to the cottage is from 4pm on the day of arrival. You will have received an email confirmation containing the key safe code which you will need to retrieve your keys on arrival. Towels and toilet rolls are provided. The cottage does not have WiFi, however you will find WiFi at The Boathouse Restaurant Isle of Gigha, Gigha Gallery, Gigha Hotel and the Caledonian MacBrayne ferry terminal. Network coverage on Gigha is good with O2, Vodafone, Virgin and EE boasting very good outdoor and variable indoor (2G) service and the network 3 providing 3G to the island.
