This totally renovated fisherman's house in Findochty overlooks the picturesque harbour and out to sea. The garden has fantastic views and is the perfect place to sit and watch the world go by, whilst looking out for the Moray Firth dolphins.
There is a log burner in the living room for cosy nights in, and a large dining area for family nights around the table.
There is plenty to do around the area from long walks, to golf, whisky distilleries and castles. Not to mention numerous fantastic little cafes.
The village has an excellent pub; The Admirals, as well as a chemist with post office, local store and hairdressers. Findochty (locally pronounced Fin-ech-ty) oozes character. Wander around the higgledy piggledy narrow streets with the many multi-coloured houses to appreciate the real charm of this traditional Scottish village.
