About Forse of Nature
We are a family-run business, with an underlying ethos of working with nature and the environment to offer a variety of tourism related facilities situated in our beautiful Georgian Grade B Listed 'Forse House'
The principals behind our approach are “keeping it simple, sustainable and affordable”. Our Guest House and Cafe feature upcycled and re-styled furniture, incorporating a Georgian style with eco-friendly and sustainable pieces.
Food for the Guest House and café is locally, sustainable, or free trade sourced with a longer-term aim of much of the produce being home produced in the one acre walled garden and the rest of the grounds. This will include seasonal vegetables, salad, and fruit. All café cakes and biscuits are home baked on site at Forse of Nature.
Our craft shop showcases the work of more than 40 local crafters, with unique gifts and treasures and displays changing weekly. We have crafters on-site when possible demonstrating their work.
Set in 24 acres of wooded grounds beside a tumbling burn, Forse of Nature is ideal for walking and we host children's activities and parties led by our on-site ranger. Our property including café is accessible and dog friendly.
