The large, spacious hallway gives access to all rooms in the apartment; the master king-size bedroom and the double bedroom are located at the rear of the property with the twin room at the front.

There is a comfortably sized shower room with a shower cubicle, WC and basin.

The tastefully decorated open plan kitchen and lounge (fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and fridge freezer) has a table situated in the large bay window so you can enjoy the views out over the River Forth.
