the studio is all on the ground floor and consists of a main room with double bed, dining table for 2 guest, TV and patio door leading down a couple of steps to a private patio with picnic bench. There is a galley style kitchenette with 2 ring hob, electric oven, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster and kitchenware. There is a separate private shower room off the main room with electric shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
Outside there is off-street parking with access to the private patio.
