Gartclach is a modern, Spacious 4 bedroom house that can accommodate up to 10 guests. It is one in a row of 3 houses surrounded by stunning countryside. Each house has an enclosed Garden with a hot tub to relax in whist enjoying the breathtaking scenery. The houses are warm and cosy with air source heating and a wood burning stove for extra comfort on those cold winter nights.
The houses are dog friendly, have fibre to the premises broadband and can be booked together to accommodate up to 22 guests. Gartclach is a working beef cattle and sheep farm, with silage fields next to the houses. We kindly ask that dogs are kept on a lead except whilst in the garden.
Located on the edge of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park this is the ideal location for walking and cycling enthusiasts, with numerous popular routes nearby. It is within a 30 minute drive to many local attractions such as Loch Lomond Shores, Loch Katrine, Go Ape and Blair Drummond Safari Park.
Local villages such as Aberfoyle, Balfron, Drymen and Killearn are within a 15 minutes drive. These villages cater for local services such as cafes, restaurants, shops, petrol stations and EV charging points. Although Gartclach Farm is in the countryside, it’s location is ideal for exploring central Scotland with the cities of Glasgow, Stirling, Perth and Edinburgh all within in an hours drive.
Gartclach farm is a 15-20 minute walk to a café, Garden Centre & gift shop and 3 miles to Gartmore Village that hosts a community owned pub and restaurant, the Black Bull.
