Glen Dessary offers a unique memorable experience of a Highland Scottish Estate in a wilderness location whilst experiencing the comfort and amenities of 21st century living. The Lodge is set in a private and magical setting amongst the Estate’s 15,000 acres of stunningly beautiful mountains, rivers, and lochs.
Our delicious home-cooked catering package for small and large gatherings uses fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Our menus are created to suit your individual preferences including any special dietary requirements.
Glen Dessary Lodge is at the end of Loch Arkaig, one hour’s drive from Spean Bridge, near Fort William, Knoydart. Set on the hillside overlooking the River Dessary and with panoramic views of Glen Dessary, the Lodge is the perfect place for gatherings of friends and family, corporate events and small weddings. The Lodge can accommodate up to 15 guests in 7 bedrooms; 1 double en-suite, 3 twin en-suite, 1 triple en-suite and 2 twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom. For larger gatherings the Bothy has an additional 4 bedrooms; 1 twin and 3 single rooms.
