Outside
Glen Tilt House sits in peaceful countryside. The garden is around 1/3 of an acre with views out to the surrounding mountains and hills of Perthshire.
The River Tilt runs in a steep gorge to one side of the property. Hearing the rush of the river after rain or snowmelt recharges the spirits. The gorge is, however, steep and although there is a 1 metre high, chain-link fence, parents should supervise children and the owners of adventurous dogs should take great care!
Lawned garden wraps around the house and to the front an expansive lawn runs down to the garage where you’ll find garden furniture to use as you wish. There’s also a barbeque in the garage but you will need to provide your own charcoal. A five-bar gate leads from the road onto the long drive which as ample parking for 3-4 cars.
